Becoming a Recording Artist in the late 90's he learned that the music industry was a very dangerous/unstable work environment. Superstar was discovered by Universal Motown March 17, 1995. Shortly after was discovered by the Walt Disney Company. Tragically enough it was so overwhelming his friends and family didn't even believe him ultimately lead to the demise of Brandon (Superstar) focusing on his education he became a recreational leadership administrator, training elementary school teachers in theater, art and dance. Governor Gray Davis failed to sign the education bill in 2001 forcing him to find another career field. After going to cosmetology school Superstar found himself back in the studio again parttime. Releasing his first self produced album in 2007 he then hit the road in 2008 on a club tour. Living in his vehicle he was on the road for 4 years. Many people said he was just another homeless musician living in their car while the underground music scene encouraged him to pursue his dreams in music. In 2010 Brandon sold an album to one customer that wanted to invest in him. Moving him into his apartment and got him back into the studio to record another single. Brandon then went out to Vegas where he had connections from cutting Mary Murphy's hair form So You Think You Can Dance. Brandon's new single titled No No No debuting in the Luxor was the beginning of a brand new tour. After settling down in Hollywood in 2011 Superstar started working with major up and coming artist in the Hollywood industry. After the passing of his grandmother in 2012 he was asked to move back home to console his mother. While residing in Fresno CA a Disney affiliated radio station accused him of allegedly making a bomb threat on their radio station 105.1 The Blaze where DJ Adrianna who named him Superstar worked. After 8 months in jail 2 months were at Atascadero State Hospital. Superstar moved back to the Hollywood Hills where he traveled back and forth to Fresno focusing on his mental health at Turning Point Vista Fresno CA. In 2017 he was invited to the Disney Corporate Office by Phil Guerini to celebrate the release of his self titled album Superstar Sorcerer's Magic. After meeting the Burbank Radio Disney Crew where Brandon worked in the late 90's early2000's was like the homecoming celebration he always wanted and needed. This prompted Superstar to get on the ball and start recording again. He recorded and co produced This Moment with producer Duane Da Rock. Where he picked up the name DJ Superstar from Da Rock. After releasing the albums Lifted and So Alone he then feels he created a masterpiece in his album Revelations. Now fighting another case from Fresno Superstar has been found incompetent to stand trial and is on his way back to a State Hospital again. PRAY FOR DJ SUPERSTAR.
